Temperature -9 degrees started the engine let it run for about 15 minutes, started to drive went about 1/4 mile and quit just like turning key off, attempted to restart all lights came on but started would not turn at all.
No sound except a relay sound unlike a starter solenoid. Charged battery fully had same results seems no electricity is getting to starter. Checked all fuses for ignition none blown including 50 amp starter fuse.
When key is turned it acts like trying to start with the shift is in drive

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
