About a month ago, my car (Toyota Avalon 99) started over heating and I saw I was leaking coolant. My mechanic told me it was my water pump. My car smoked a bit until I got home and then I put water and coolant in. Drove a little more then the next morning I went to start it and warm it up and it ran for maybe 2 minutes then cut off. Car ran perfect prior to this. Then it would crank but not start. Replaced wires, spark plugs, fuel injector in my gas, new water pump and timing belt. I am not mechanically inclined so I'm not sure if the guy did it wrong. But now my car cranks but won't Start and there is smoke coming from my hose under my hood instead of sucking it in. I have no more money and dont know what to do. I have no job and paid $700 to fix it. I'm also leaking coolant and oil. Please help me. Thanks in advance and God bless!

The first thing you need to do is find out if it has spark at the plugs, fuel pressure and injection pulse, the mechanic who worked on the car should be doing this for free, they have not fixed the problem that you have paid for.
