I have to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to make it back home. I'm aware of the non-existant camshaft position sensor that the trouble code indicated. I replaced the PCM. If I get it over the hill it'll idle until you push the throttle and the engine dies. I have removed the crankshaft sensor and cleaned it. I haven't notice anything wrong with the exhaust.

Have you checked the fuel pressure to the engine?
