Misfiring
My 1999 lexus gs 300 is misfiring when you press the gas peddle, and the check engine light is on as well as the vsc and the vsc off light. what does vsc stand for?

check MAF sensor
scan for codes 1st

the codes are cylinder 1, 3, 5 misfire
1st need to check for tune up and check coil if firing them cylinders
2nd check injectors
3rd do a compression test

also check oil control valves for function. and coil connectors for disintegration looseness.
