Car will start when cold with no problem, but after warming up for about 30 minuets and the car is turned off start-up is difficult and the engine runs ruff.

118 is coolant temp sensor voltage is low so it can be a sensor, wiring issue, or pcm. 122 is throttle body sensor which in your case you have replace the whole throttle body. You should have a pro check both of these out so you don't spend money on good parts.
