I recently replaced front and rear suspension, and front ball joints. And new tires. But it still drives very rough over bumps. The car shakes when I hit a pot hole. And kind of makes a grinding noise or scraping noise when I go over a big bump and turn my steering wheel at the same time. I know sounds weird.

Is this vehicle lifted? If it is and hasn't been corrected geometry wise may be your problem you may be getting what is called the death wobble. Sometimes a tensioner put from frame to front suspension cures it otherwise you'll need a kit to fix it. Also it could beand axle or wheel bearing problem.
