1999 MUSTANG V6,HAS NO POWER,AND WITH AC ON WILL NOT EXCELLERATE,NO POWER

no history,car was running great and then the power loss,i have been told plugs,wires o2sensor,fuel filter tps sensor,i have changed all of that still have problem,yet to find a so called mechanic that knowes what they are talking about???????????????????
