A radiator hose was replaced a few months ago and fixed that problem at that time but after that I am assuming another problem arose because it has progressively gotten worse now I can't drive 1 mile without over heating. The radiator is full and the overflow is empty when this happens. My gauge inside does not indicate a temp change. There is currently water only in the radiator and over flow. I am a single women and trying to do this on my own. Can you pleaser let me know where I should start with fixing the problem. I can YouTube e how to repair it I just don't know what to repair! Thank you for your time

Before you can attempt to repair it, you first have to get an accurate diagnosis and you likely won't get that buy asking questions. You need to have a professional determine exactly what the car needs first. There's a very good possibility that you have severe internal damage and you won't be fixing that yourself.
