When braking my pedal goes all the way to the floor. The mechanic bleed the lines and still it is very low. He says that 2 Of the brakes 1 drivers side and 1 passengers side have a lot o power but the other 2 do not. He say the whole brake system has to be replaced. Is this the case? If so how much should this cost. Thank you

The whole brake system doesnt fail at the same time a component may fail master cylinder caliper etc. Sounds like he just want to fish with dynamite so to speak. Did this just happen suddenly where the pedal goes to the floor?

They were fine one day and then all of the sudden they were low. The mechanic bled the lines and gave it back to me saying that it may be the master cylinder. He said I could drive it wen though it was still low. I brought it back to him today(2 weeks after the first time) and he bled the lines again. Same problem this is when he said that the abs pump was bad and because the lines were rusted u had to change all 10
Line and The abs pump and basically the whole brake system. He said the passenger front and the drivers rear brake was not getting any brake fluid so they were the low brakes while the other 2 were fine

Sounds like it could be the master cylinder the two diagonal wheels from each other would make sense the master cylinder runs fluid like that. Just because the lines are rusty doesn't mean that the abs pump is bad for sure. Also usually to bleed a dodge with abs you need a professional scan tool that has a special function to help abs on those. Did he have that?I had a 1999 Chrysler concord and had to replace the master cylinder and couldn't bleed it properly because I didnt have the scan tool so I could bleed the brake properly. Is the abs light on while your driving?

If the lights not on that means the abs doesnt have a bad abs motor that would turn the abs light on. As far as the rust that doesn't mean that the abs motor is bad.
