If I had bad rear wheel cylinders, would this cause my emergency brake lamp to be contsantly lit? If not, what might cause this?

sounds like a bad switch. if the park brake doesn't hold good, i could be badly worn brake shoes or the park brake linkage adjustment. i hope this helped.
