Tire Cupping

I have a 1999 Chevy K1500 4x4 extended cab pickup 5.7 old body style. I am haveing trouble with the front tires cupping. This has been going on for a while know and I'm not sure what else to check. I put new shocks on, air pressure is correct, alignment done, balance and rotate. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

if they started to cup then the only thing you can do is put the m on the rear so they may straighten out due to the leaf spring set up in back. If these are 80 psi tires, lower the rear tire s to 55 psi when empty if that is the way you drive it all the time, then when you put a load like a trailer or box loaded put at 80psi once again.
