I have 1999 chey cavalier when you turn the ignition on its saying low trackle whats does this mean?
should i chnage the battery.

That's for the traction control. If the light goes off after a few seconds it is simply doing a self-test on the system each time you turn on the ignition switch. If it turns on while driving, it means one front wheel is slipping such as when driving on snow or ice and the anti-lock brake system is slowing that wheel so the other one will grab harder.
