Cadillac Escalade Ext Battery Problem
My security light stays on and the car will start for like 1/2 of a second and then die. I have unplugged the battery posts and tried turning the key to wait for the security light to turn off but it doesn't and the battery ends up dying. How can I fix this myself???

You need to have the computer scanned to identify what is causing the problem. If you don't have it scanned, it becomes a guessing game. If you need to drive the car, turn the key to the run position and allow it to sit for aprox 10 minutes and the light should go off and the vehicle should then start.
