So you have a no crank no start?If so with the car in park the yellow wire and the yellow wire with a black stripe should have a ground while the key is in the start position with everything plugged in.

yes i have no crank no start, i test the neutral safe switch it was bad and i replace a new one,so now i can turn the key to on no light on in dash board but when i turn key a little more the light will come in dash board and engine will start but i will have to hold key when i release the key the engine will stop running, to me it sound like the ignition switch is bad or out of adjustment.
