1998 Honda Accord Is this a warning sign

I'm considering purchasing this car. They are asking $2200. I had diagnostics run and 2 codes showed up:
Fuel pressure regulator $242.60 (includes labor)
evap. System control leak $779.94 (includes labor)

Is this a warning sign that more is wrong or possible great deal for $3000 including repairs?

No its' an older car so things will go wrong with it. If you don't feel satisfied with it then either walk away or see if the owner will adjust the price downward as you'll hav eto dump another $1000 before you can use it.
