1998 ford expedition front heater not getting hot but the rear one works fine. front blows cold air all the time and the rear one works fine

With the engine running, hot, and the heater on high, feel both heater core hoses. Both should be hot. If they are, check for a problem with the blend air door near the heater core. It may be stuck. If only one is hot, try flushing the heater core.
