1998 Chevy Venture Van lights problem

1998 Chevy Venture - When the headlights are turned on either manually or automatically, only the headlights come on. No dash lights, tail lights, or side markers. When you shut the van off, take the keys, and open the door, the "lights on" alarm sounds. I've replace the headlight switch to no avail. What can be causing the problem?

Check the park lamp fuse, use a voltage tester.

Thank you for the reply. I checked the fuse once before, but I checked it again. In doing so, I noticed the lights would flicker on and off when I wiggled the fuse box. Turns out there was a loose wire connection underneath the fuse box under the hood. It is repaired now and everything is ok.
Thanks again for the help.
