Do you mean while your driving? Is it equipped with daytime running lights?

No it is all day even in the daylight

Yes, it's call Daytime running lights. They are on for safety.

But before it didn`t do that the lights usually turns on when it was dark not all the time.

They should go off if the parking brake is applied enough to put the brake light on if they are DRLs.
