1997 Subaru Legacy Outback will not start, Have had no previous problems, started car, put into reverse (automatic transmission), to back up, car just died. Would not start, just clicked, have replaced starter, seems to be electrical, battery reads 11 amp

Have had no previous problems, started car, put into reverse (automatic transmission), to back up, car just died. Would not start, just clicked, have replaced starter, seems to be electrical, battery reads 11 amps, some how, between the ignition and starter, its not getting enough juice.

I'm assuming that you mean the battery reads 11 VOLTS. This is not enough. You need to first try to charge the battery. You can get a jumpstart and see if that will get it started. Then read the voltage with the engine running. It should be about 14 volts. If it is not then it is likely that the alternator is bad.
