My 1997 saturn sc2 is losing coolant into the oil and overheating, what can it be?

Maybe intake or headgasket failure. Any white smoke from ecxhaust during startup?

Just to add to this one sounds like most likely a head gasket or cracked head from what I have seen with these engines pull the plugs and see if there is any coolant in the plug holes.
