Fan works(replace it a few years back when it crapped out on me), A/C works, blower works. I found the problem about an hour ago. It's the heater core causing the overheating problem. I placed the two hoses together bypassing the heater core and the problem was resolved. No heater for now but can drive the car.

So anyone that is having overheating issues with a SC2 having replaced everything else, check your heater core. It was the problem for me. From $54. to $69. for a new one.
