Alright from the negative of the battery to where in the circuit of the ground trigger to the relay?Iam not there see what your doing so I need good details.

Fan 1 relay diagram is number this way top left to right 85 - 87, left to rigth bottom 86 - 30, know the pins are in this order top left to rigth pins 30 - 86, bottom left to rigth pins 85 - 87, when I touch pin 86 it spark, when I touch pin 85 relay click and fan 1 turn on is this correct.

Alright if the low speed fan is coming on when you ground the trigger pin of the low speed fan relay then heres what you need to do next. Unplug the ecm then ground the harness terminal going to the ground trigger of the low speed fan relay and see if that fan comes on?

Connect a wire going to the neg battery terminal and the other end to the fan 1 harness terminal ground wire

Unplug the ecm and ground the wire on the ecm harness that goes to the low speed relay trigger see if the fan comes on. This will tell us if all the wiring from the ecm to the relay are good.

Disconnected the fan #1, ok touch pin #85 fan 1 relay then touch one wire on harness relay clicks -- again touch pin #85 fan 1 relay then try both wires that come from fan 1 nothing happens.

Are you unpluging the relay?Or the ecm the vechiles computer like I asked and then grounding the ground trigger to the low speed fan relay?So when can narrow the problem down to a wire terminal tightness or ecm.

Am not understanding something here unplug the ecm fuse correct, then run a wire to the neg terminal battery and the other end to the fan relay 1

Unplug the ecm computer the computer that runs your car the harness going to it. Then at the harness you unplugged ground the low speed ground trigger wire at the harness you unplugged to see if the low speed fan comes on.

Am not an expert here help me out step 1 where is the ecm, is the ecm a fuse, the harness from where there are wires coming out from the junction box

Its secured in the air cleaner assembly left front of vechile its the computer for powertrain. Unplug it and then ground on the harness side you plugged the ground trigger for the low speed cooling fan and see if the fan turns on.

Lets go back to the beginning, the car started to overheat: before I changed the intake manifold gaskets, the thermostat, oil, coolant temperature sensor and antifreeze. : Also I turn the car on today checked the lower hose again and half of it was cold again.

Alright well we were trying to figure out why the low speed was inop and only your high speed fan comes on at 230 degrees. Both the upper and lower radiator hoses are supposed toget really hot if there not you dont have coolant flow thru your engine.

Yeah it would be or blockage we still have to figure out why the low speed fan is inop also.
