1997 Land Rover Discovery 2 replacing the flywheel

I need to replace my flywheel. I have no idea how to take out the transmission. Please Help!

First thing if you have no idea why are you trying to do it in the first place? See pic for instructions if to small because that is all I can do size wise then rent a manual here
