My husband drove the car the other morning and he has a habit of cutting the a/c off when he gets out. Well when I got into the car that afternoon to go to work I tried to cut the a/c on and it would not come on. When I am sitting somewhere and the car is idling and turn the a/c control to on and I can tell that the compressor is kicking on but there is no air coming out of the vents. What could be causing this issue so I can get the air going again in my car. It is very hot down here in mississippi and I hate having to drive around without any air blowing. Please help!

You're having a problem with the blower motor circuit. It could be any number of things. The first step is to test for power and ground at the motor and go from there.

Is the blower motor circuit located on the blower motor and if not where would it be located?

The "circuit" is the combination of components and wiring that operate the blower motor. It is not any single item.
