Hi:
If the factory clamp is still on it, it will be a compression clamp that you pinch open at the tabs. If is has been replaced, then there will most likely be a worm gear type clamp that will unscrew to loosten.

if you take off front tire you can get to it better, first find the tab bend it up so it is even with hose then with chanal locks pliers turn the hose 1/4 inch either way then pull/wiggle hose off i grip the pliers on the plastic sleeve and turn , when it is off you see why you had to turn it. you my have to disconnect the hose to the over flow to turn hose
