Replacing radiator in vehicle. After removing bottom house what is the easiest way of re-attaching radiator hose to radiator it has quick connect fitting on bottom hose

Turn the hose 1/4 inch either way it slides on then turn it back to lock it in place

A radiator shouldn't have a quick connect. Areyou refering to a trans cooling line?
