Car is cutting off when I am driving

My car is cutting off when I am driving and it locked up to were when I put it in park it will lock up and I have to wait 10 to 15mins before I can go

It will stared but when I am drving it will cut off sometime I can get far sometimes I cant get anywhere help me I got new senecers that was not it I got fuel cleaner that was not it I check my old my engine and water in car for over heat no that was not it so I think is it my gas pump help me is that it?

It sounds like it could be the crank angle sensor.
