car is cutting off when i am driving

My car is cutting off when i am driving and it locked up to were when i put it in park it will lock up and i have to wait 10 to 15mins before i can go

It will stared but when i am drving it will cut off sometime i can get far sometimes i cant get anywhere help me i got new senecers that was not it i got fuel cleaner that was not it i check my old my engine and water in car for over heat no that was not it so i think is it my gas pump help me is that it?

It sounds like it could be the crank angle sensor.
