obviously, a high performance motor you spent big bucks for.

with this set up, your computer thinks it is stock and is looking for normal readings which you will never have.

you need a performance shop to add a new chip or whole pcm to compliment your new motor

If you just got the replacement 5.7 then it shouldn't be because it is the same as stock you got the vortec correct if you got an 88-95 5.7 then it. Could bring up a problem
