My sts runs hot fast when driving.

My car runs hot fast but every one says that it isn't the block or my head gaskets, so can it possibly be the freeze plugs or the thermostat?

Start by replacing the thermostat and see what happens

Suspect haedgasket have radiator tested for traces of exhaust NAPA sells tets kit for @$20
