Replaced head gaskets and car wont start. Compression 120 90 120 and 0 on # 3 cyl. Is it possible that I might have the exhaust and intake cams on the wrong journals. I know there on the right side (left and right), but did not mark cams when I removed them. So concern about 0. Compression on #3 cyl. And injector on #1 cyl. Has pos on both wires on the plug for the injector - timing belt new and marks in line when place on with tdc marks.

If you have 0 compression, you have the engine out of time or a valve that is stuck open. Recheck your work. Honestly, even with a bad head gasket, you get some compression. If you are concerned about the cams, just check it. With the #3 cylinder at TDC both valves should be the farthest away from being open.
