I have a 96 ford explorer and it squeaks really bad I dont no what it is and what to fix can anyone help

Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop. Ford has WAY for trouble with ball joints and tie rod ends than other manufacturers and you don't want to risk a crash if one of them comes apart. There are less serious possible causes too but squeaking should never be ignored.
