How do I replace the radiator drain plug on a 1996 S 10, that has broken.

It seems unlikely that you will repair a broken drain plug. It would be easier to take off the lower hose and drain it there. Taking the radiator out and dumping it upside down would be easier that fixing a drain plug. I'm assuming you didn't get it out.

Those drain plugs are available at your local parts store in the help section, because it is plastic it is easy to come out, purchase yourself a set of easy outs, remove broken plug, and next time do as alextra advised you.
