1996 Chevrolet S-10 leaking water

I am leaking water from what seems to be from the top of bell housing, done pressure test, no difference, it leaks even when its not running

Okay, if you are seeing coolant in that area, it is one of these things.

Freeze plug
heater core hose
intake gasket

Check those three things and let me know what you find.
