1996 Buick Riviera Engine. Water and oil leak.

First all the coolant leaked out. Filled radiator back up. Still leaks. It's not a constant flow. Cant see where the water is coming from. I'm thinking the coolant pump. Not sure. Freeze plug? I hope not. Next thing, all the oil leaked out. 4qts on the ground. Put oil back in. Can't see leak yet. Engine seems to be running good. No knocks or strange noises. I don't think the block is cracked. Or a bad head gasket. I have shop manuals. Not telling me much.
Please help if you can.

For the coolant leak I would use a coolant pressure tester to pressure test the cooling system to find the leak. As far as the oil leak you could add oil dye and follow the leak back to where its leaking with a dye light.
