1995 Volkswagen Jetta Repair Question

I have just purchased a 1995 jetta trek and i believe i am missing fuses. what fuses are needed and where are they located?

There's only one fuse / relay box... what's not working to make you
think you are missing fuses?

Fuse/relay box is above the "dead pedal" or above & to the left of the
clutch pedal?

The cover should indicate what fuse is for what.

I've looked and i don't have a cover. i am missing #8 relay fuse. Also the parking lights do not work and my blinker lights only work if i turn on my high beams.

Fuse #8 (left to right 1 to 22) is for left tail light & side marker.
It's supposed to be a 10amp fuse.

I'll see if I can find a complete list/diagram to post.
