Im trying to find a short I think its in my radio wiring because when I hook up a test light between the negative battery terminal and the disconnected negative battery cable the light comes on when I pull my radio fuse the light on the test light starts to blink

The test light blinking could be due to the security system being triggered and unless you do the procedure correctly, you are not going to get a correct reading.

You must connect the test light to the negative terminal and cable before disconnecting the terminal in order that power is not disrupted when the security system goes to sleep.

So ive pulled all of the fuses and relays and none of them have shut the light off

Something else is causing the problem and next to unplug would be the fusible links.
