Hi my car experience hard start in the morning and evening mostly when engine is calm

Start by checking the fuel pressure. Try cycling the igniton on and off a few times to see if it is easier to start.

OK I have tried changing the fuel pump and the coolant temp sensor

No it does not imediately but after I have stepped on gas abit

Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC.
