Engine Performance problem
2003 Nissan Sentra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Why does the engine fail to start right away after it reaches operating temp. Starts fine when I start it first thing in the morning, but once I drive it for 15 mins. And turn it off for 10 mins it will start only after 2-3 tries. Engine turns fine acts like its not got any fuel. I can hear the pump running. Engine runs fine otherwise.

Check your fuel pressure make sure its within specification and also the engine coolant temperature sensor.

rasmataz, I checked my fuel pressure and it has 52psi when the engine is runing. Turn the engine off and it drops too 0 psi within 15 seconds. Could it be a leak inside the tank or the regulator not holding the pressure, no leaks outside the tank. I would really appreciate your advice !
