Hello,

If the running hot starter after the replacement of those components, then odds are one of them might be defective.
Start with the thermostat. If the thermostat is stuck closed it will prevent coolant from flowing and the engine will overheat. Typically, with a stuck closed thermostat the upper and lower radiator hose will have different temperature. One will be significantly cooler than the other.

The engine can also overheat if the water pump is defective and not flowing coolant properly through the engine. Same can happen if there is some type of restriction in the radiator.

Another possibility is that the cooling fans are not coming on. The fan can become inoperative due to bad relay, bad motor, or temperature sensor. Also, if for some reason after the radiator replacement the fan connectors are not secured properly.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
