Car hesitates, sluggish, Get RPM up and runs better. Has good fuel pressure have changed fuel filter I have learned that if I add a can of Sea Foam to gas tank clears up runs like it always did until I add gas and then it is right back to hesitates acts like running out of gas.

What is the fuel pressure? Have yo manually tested it with a gauge or just hit the Schrader valve to see gas come up. If not the correct pressure it will give problems like you are experiencing. Auto parts rent the gauges.

We put a gauge on it and drove it down the road with the gauge on it had 43-45 psi. Also have learned that if I loosen gas cap just a little and add Sea Foam to the gas tank car runs like it always did. When I add gas to the tank it starts right back but if I add another can of Sea Foam it runs like it should. Problem is Sea Foam cost $12.00 a can and it is getting expensive. So I need some suggestions.

Fuel pressure should be 36 psi when at idle with vacuum line connected and 43 psi without. So check at idle just the way it sits if still at 43-45 then try replacing your pressure regulator. Then scan for codes as you may have an evap problem because leaving yoru gas cap loose lets vacuum leak out. You might try having your injectors professionally cleaned as well if you keep running sea foam through it.
