Is there supposed to be a weep hole at the radiator cap on a 95 Honda Accord EX?
Small hole right under radiator cap on neck of radiator, beside overflow hole.

There is no such thing as a "weep hole" in a cooling system. Over pressure is diverted to the overflow bottle and then drawn back into the system when cooled.
