Geo prizm 3 speed automatic will not shift 2nd to 3rd gear pulls good in rev. or low
Aisin warner a131L tv cable is adj and working properly changed fluid and filter but did not make any difference goes good in low and rev and 2nd but will not shift 2nd to 3rd

what is shift point (speed) for 1-2 with minimum acceleration?

I am not sure as the only way to tell is when i go from 2nd to low it changes to low and slows down
