Ok my 95 thunderbird for a whole would sometimes not register gas after u punched it and lock up at about 30 mph then register it and take off then just one day it stopped working when you try and turn it on and sounds like its trying to turn on then just stops the longer you leave it without trying to start the better it sounds trying to turn on and I just cant figure it out please help. The best thing I have come up with is exposed wiring but would really like help

we had a mechanic hook it up to a diagnostic tool and it said it was mass airflow filter so we got it replaced but car still does not work

It's hard to decipher what you are saying here. From what I have managed to translate from your question, it Sounds like a bad fuel pump, low fuel pressure, or restricted injectors. Of course it could be a number of other things; but these are the most likely culprits.
Without a thorough evaluation of your car; to say it is one thing or another would be misleading. I would start by looking into what I have mentioned. Good Luck!
