1995 Ford F-250 shuting off while driveing

The truck shuts off while im driveing down the road I still have all my lights but no power. When the truck shuts off the check engine light comes on. I wait between 15-30 minutes after the truck shuts off and then it will turn back on. The check ingine light turns off after it starts back up. I dont know whats going on.

Yah but if I wait 15-30 minites it will start up again.

When it doesn't start see if you av spark? If you don't you might have a bad coil or ignition module.

I have spark I just changed spark plus 3weeks ago.

So when it won't start you actually checked to make sure it has spark when it won't start?I just want to make sure so we don't over look the basics.

We need to find that out they rent fuel pressure gauges at auto zone. Also have you checked for codes yet?
