1995 chev corsica 2.2 turns over but does not start. misfires while trying to start

Hello,
This engines had a big problem with the coil housing which shorts out. I would start by checking for arc marks inside the housing sometimes they are hard to see. Please get back to me.
Do you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn key on? If not check fuel pump fuse and fuel pump relay if okay-check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator

Thanks for the guides I checked it out and what happen is the coil housing was bad once I replaced it everything worked great!
