1994 Saturn Sport Coupe Repair Question

Runs rough
I have 94 Saturn that runs great untill the engine temperture reaches 180 degrees. Then the engine stumbles and races at 3000 rpm or cuts off.

1.Defective spark plug
2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
