Need ideas, suggestions and or advise. bad vibrations!!
Bad vibration that appears to be engine related. condition present while sitting still with engine at idle and worsens with higher rpms. replaced transmission and torque convereter with salvage yard unit for other problems. inspected both engine mounts and replaced one torn engine and trans mount. flexplate inspected while trans out. no cracks or warping. harmonic balancer appears o.e. but in good condition. reminds me of vibration such as rockers being adjusted too tight but customer states that valve covers never been off. any ideas, any common problems and or fixes or similar complaints. can normal engine wear create above condition.

Hi. I have a similar problem with my 94 Firebird but only when Idling. It seems to have gotten better with the addition of Power Steering Fluid but not fixed. I think my issue is Power Steering Related and not Engine or Crankshaft. I will keep you updated.
