1994 Infiniti Q45 Repair Question

Lifter noise at times 1994 Q45 Infiniti, I know you can not bleed hydraulic lifter on this engine by running it. Why is the noise not continous if the lifters are nonbleeding? What is the procedure to get the lifter out to bleed?
Car has been setting up for 6 month,lifter noise comes go away

If the lifters are leaking pressure internally, the problem would arise. They are self-bleeding and the only way to solve the problem is to service or replace them. Flushing the system might work but it might take some running before the problem is resolved.
