Temperature/Resistance values for the Intake Air Temperature Sensor are given below.
Sensor values are monitored by the On-board Diagnostic function of the Engine Control Module (ECM) and detected problems will set Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 10 .

Intake Air temperature Resistance
-4°F (-20°C) 20K Ohms
32°F (0°C) 5K Ohms
104°F (40°C) 1K Ohms
176°F (80°C) 350 Ohms
248°F (120°C) 100 Ohms

since you provided no motor info, i gave this generic description
