1994 Honda Civic timing belt broke

i put new timing belt on tried to take spark plugs out sezed up in the head so i went and bought a new head put on set the crank pulley top dead center white mark on arrow on plastic cover the cam gear the up arrow is up and the two sides with the lines are at cylinder head level put on belt tight and all back together had to jump battery well car would not start just turned over but would not fire over i can hear the fuel pump i put a screwdriver in spark plug to check spark weak but there is the timming wrong how do i fix this problem.

Hi link11211, Recheck your timing marks again. Did you install the plug wires in correct order? One more thing, the compression could be low so I wouold suggest removing the spark plugs and putting a little engine oil into the plug holes, crank the engine a few times to get the compression up.
